N1 On 5th March, 2003, Cyber Network Technology Limited, a wholly-owned
subsidiary of New World CyberBase Limited, has entered into a
conditional sale and purchase agreement for the purchase of
22,868,656 shaers of Cyber On-Air Group Company Limited. Completion
of the transaction is subject to certain conditions which must be
fulfilled or waived by 30th June, 2003.
N2 Consideration per unit: $39.90 - $40.00
N3 Shares acquired on 13th March 2003 are duplicated with those
disclosed by each of Mr. Walter Kwok Ping Sheung and Thomas Kwok
Ping Kwong.
