Golden Rabbit Enterprises Limited (the "Chargor") and Tsun Fat
Finance Company Limited (the "Lender") 1,391,430,000 shares of
HK$0.01 each in the capital of Trasy Gold Ex Limited were
charged by the Chargor to the Lender as security for the
repayment of a loan of HK$5,000,000.00 advanced by the Lender
to Hing Fung Goldsmith And Refinery Limited together with
interest thereon.
