Company Limited (the "Lender") has released its security
constituted by a Deed of Charge dated 10th July, 2002 and made
between Golden Rabbit Enterprises Limited (the "Chargor") and
the Lender whereby 1,391,430,000 shares of HK$0.01 each in
the capital of Trasy Gold Ex Limited were charged by the Chargor
to the Lender as security for the repayment of a loan of
HK$20,000,000.00 advanced by the Lender to Hing Fung Goldsmith
and Refinery Limited together with interest thereon.
