N1 As a result of an over-allotment exercise by the listing
underwriters of Sino Stride Technology (Holdings) Limited
("SST")(GEM code: 8177) on 22 August 2002, the percentage
shareholding of Singapore Technologies Electronics Limited
(ST Elect) has been diluted from 10% to 9.96%, although the
number of shares held by ST Elect remains unchanged. ST
Elect therefore ceased to have notifiable interest in SST.
Temasek Holdings (Private) Limited has also ceased to
be a substantial shareholder of SST.
