N1 The previous balance of Miss Cai Zhipei's interest in China Data
Broadcasting Holdings Limited ("the Company") was 6,876,000 shares
of HK$0.025 each ("the Shares"). These 6,876,000 Shares, together
with another 165,024,000 shares, are held by Ultra Challenge Limited,
the shares of which are in turn held by HSBC International Trustee
Limited, on trust for herself and other persons. By virtue of her 4%
interest under the trust, she was deemed to be interested in these
6,876,000 Shares.
On 9 January 2002, she disposed of her entire interest by virtue of
her disposal of the 4% interest under the trust for a consideration
of HK$1.00.

N3 The previous balance of Mr Ji Songqiao's interest in China Data
Broadcasting Holdings Limited ("the Company") was 10,314,000 shares
of HK$0.025 each ("the Shares"). These 10,314,000 Shares, together
with another 161,586,000 shares, are held by Ultra Challenge Limited,
the shares of which are in turn held by HSBC International Trustee
Limited, on trust for himself and other persons. By virtue of his 6%
interest under the trust, he was deemed to be interested in these
10,314,000 Shares.
On 9 January 2002, he disposed of his entire interest by virtue of
his disposal of the 6% interest under the trust for a consideration
of HK$1.00.
N4 By a Deed of Charge dated 10th January, 2002 and made between Golden
Rabbit Enterprises Limited (the "Chargor") and Tsun Fat Finance
Company Limited (the"Lender") 833,000,000 shares of HK$0.01 each
in the capital of Trasy Gold Ex Limited were charged by the Chargor
to the Lender as security for the repayment of a loan of
HK$6,000,000.00 advanced by the Lender to Hing Fung Goldsmith
And Refinery Limited together with interest thereon.
