Holdings Limited ("CASH") in CASH Financial Services Group Limited
("CFSG"), CASH and Pricerite Group Limited (being the associated
corporations of CFSG) upon disposal of his interest in Cash Guardian
Limited on 7/12/2001. Accordingly, he has ceased to have notifiable
interest in CFSG.
