27,000,000 Shares to ICEA Capital Limited on behalf of the Underwriters
upon listing of the Shares of the Company on the Growth Enterprise
Market of The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited on 10th May, 2001.
On 22nd May, 2001, the same number of Shares (i.e. 27,000,000 Shares)
were returned by ICFA Capital Limited to Easywin by instructing the
Company to allot and issue 27,000,000 Shares to Easywin pursuant to a
stock borrowing agreement dated 26th April, 2001 between ICEA Capital
Limited and Easywin upon exercise of the Over-allotment Option
(as defined in the prospectus of the Company dated 27th April, 2001)
by ICEA Capital Limited (on behalf of the Underwriters) on the same
day.
