N1      The previous SDI Notice for Miss Yeh Shu Ping ("Miss Yeh) dated
        6th September 2002, Miss Yeh disclosed that she is interested in
        72,985,500 shares in Long Far Pharmaceutical Holdings Limited but
        in fact she is not deemed to be so interested for the fact that
        such shares were registered in the name of Oriental Chinese
        Medicines Limited of which Ms Yeh does not have control over
        the directors and does not control one-third or more of the
        voting power at general meetings.

N3      Expiry of share options

N4      Acoustic Touch Limited ("AT") holds 211,714,500 shares in Fujikon
        Industrial Holdings Limited ("Company").  Pursuant to three
        agreements entered into by AT with Miracle Journey Corp.
        ("Miracle"), Might Media Limited ("Might Media") and Mys Finance
        Limited ("Mys") respectively, Miracle, Mighty Media and Mys have
        granted to AT pre-emptions rights over the shares of the Company
        held by them.  Miracle holds 13,485,000 shares, Might Media holds
        13,485,000 shares and Mys holds 6,742,500 shares in the Company
        respectively.  Accordingly, under the SDI Ordinance, AT is deemed
        to be interested in 245,427,000 shares of the Company.
