The Exchange has received a notification from Wah Nam Group Limited ("Wah
Nam Group") pursuant to Section 20 of the Securities (Disclosure of
Interests) Ordinance ("SDIO") reporting the findings of an investigation
conducted by Mr. Desmond Chung Seng Chiong and Ferrier Hodgson as Joint and
Several Liquidators of Wah Nam Group by order of the High Court of Hong Kong
Special Administrative Region pursuant to Section 18 of the SDIO. The
