Prosperity International Holdings Limited has reduced to below 33%.
N2 With reference to the Placing Agreement entered into between Essential
Enterprises Co Ltd, BNP Prime Peregrine Securities Ltd, Kim Eng
Securities (HK) Ltd and Chee Ying Cheung on 9 July 1999. Chee Ying
Cheung agreed to grant under the Placing Agreement a call option to BNP
Prime Peregrine Securities Ltd to require Chee Ying Cheung to lend or
procure the lending of up to 50,000,000 Call Option Shares to BNP Prime
Peregrine Securities Ltd which shall return the same number of Essential
Ordinary Shares so lent by Chee Ying Cheung within 14 days after lending.
In this connection, the Call Option was exercised.
