Limited ("Kingsworld"), representing a 50% interest in Kingsworld
at a nominal cash consideration of US$1.00. As a result of the
aforesaid transaction, Ms. Wong ceased to have any interest in
Kingsworld and Mr. Tam Tai Shing owns the entire interest in
Kingsworld. As at date hereof, Kingsworld holds 236,286,201 shares
and 39,118,400 warrants of Wanon International Holdings Limited.
